Usually for tea, I recommend 2-3 cups/day, or you can also make a big French press. You can also make stronger cups with 2 tsp/cup. If you’ve been feeling quite run down for a while and the tea is helping you, I would just say continue on it for about 2-3 months and see how you feel when stopping it. If you find it really supportive, I’d recommend just keeping the blend in your cupboard.
The rule of how long tea blends are taken for really depends on what you’re treating as a practitioner, but for fatigue and burnout, this nutritive tea blend and then some additional adrenal tonics and adaptogens may speed up the process. Usually if I formulate a tincture for a client for this, I say minimum 2-3 months for best results.
