I was going through the candidate handbook for CARB-TCMA, Appendix G for terminologies related to tongue diagnosis. I wondered what a ‘rough’ and ‘tender’ tongue shape would mean, a ‘protruding’ and ‘waggling’ tongue motility mean, and what would ‘waxing’ and ‘waning’ mean for tongue coating texture?
