Hi,

I live in quebec and have many hawthorn bushes on the property. I was wondering if there are any species that we need to avoid or if some are better than others. I am not sure which hawthorn we have growing wild here but will look more closely once the buds come out and leaves begin forming. I would really like to use them but have never used them in the past so just a little cautious for now.
