To sell at a farmers’ market, you’re going to want to make sure you have insurance to cover your business. This will all happen later, once you register your business and name!
If you’re not going to be making health claims on your tinctures, as far as I understand, they can be considered food products. In this case, you can follow the same rules that apply to food vendors. This changes province to province. Can you remind me, where are you located?
I’d also suggest getting a food-safe certification so you understand best practices for your home production area.
