Last I checked, the PRC dispensary wasn’t open to us. I did go to (well, I called bc I live in SK) Apotheka Herbal Boutique in Victoria. I gave them our herbs list from the community herbalist certificate, and they supplied almost everything to me, in small quantities, for me to start working with and developing relationships with. They even recommended which herbs I might want to try more of, and which one’s I’d likely want to try in dried form and which I’d likely want to try in tincture form (the energetics change).
I know they offer a 10% discount to PRC students, and ship to wherever. I highly recommend!

And FYI the owner and their manager are both PRC alumni who are just lovely people. A great option to get some high quality herbs and support a small business! 😊
