Liza, thank you so much for this detailed reply, it is super helpful. I have copied this down and am glad to know I can dilute before or after. My motherwort tincture is so gorgeously green that i am sold on the value of the higher proof alcohol, especially now I know I can dilute a bit if needed and still have a potent tincture.
These resources are super helpful and I pulled the chart out of The Herbal Medicine Makers book so I could add it to my master recipe book. I have been looking for a hard copy of Richo Cech’s book for years but they are so expensive! Happy I could get the kindle edition though and it has helped a lot as well.
