Hi there,
I’m just needing some clarification. I want to start making products including teas, tinctures, elixirs, and some body care products, but the legal side of everything is quite confusing for me.
If I create a website and sell my products solely online through my website, and at small markets, do I need to register the products or have them reviewed by Health Canada in any way? Are any licenses needed? Or can I just go ahead and sell them through the website?
