Hello, great questions! Thank you for that feedback about the follow-up. We will look into incorporating what you’ve suggested.

Supporting metabolism comes down to regular eating, sleep, and stress management. I encourage you to research these suggestions below!
– Eat regular meals
– Avoid skipping meals (this slows down metabolism)
– Stay hydrated
– Strength training supports metabolism at rest
– Consistent, good quality sleep
– Stress management

Nutritional yeast is always helpful if there is a concern about a lack of B12. It’s easy to use, tastes good, and can be found in most health food stores. I’d recommend always getting iron checked before supplementing with it, but in the meantime, you can recommend iron-rich food sources.

For eating habits, eating a protein-rich breakfast, with plenty of healthy fats and complex carbohydrates will set up stable blood sugar for the day. This will in turn reduce energy crashes reduce carbohydrate cravings. This is a helpful suggestion I start will first, and then make sure people have snacks on them throughout the day to reduce the need for a big meal at night.

Thank you for letting me know about that bonus consultation! We are fixing that problem now, I will let you know when it’s done.

Warmth,
Riley
