Hello Everyone,
My name is Justene, I am an herbalist in Missoula, Montana. I’ve had an interest in holistic nutrition, traditional foods, local and wild foods for many years. I’ve been looking for the perfect holistic nutrition course for a while now and was so happy to see PRC online launching this course. I have taking other shorter classes with PRC and enjoyed them so much!
Not only do I want to gain nutrition knowledge to further help my herbal clients, but I’m also looking for some creative inspiration when it comes to feeding myself and my family. I’m a mom to an 18 month old and a stepmom to a 7 year old. My creativity in the kitchen has kind of fizzled in the last year or so and I want to bring the joy and meditation back into preparing food.
I’m very much looking forward to embarking on this journey with all of you!
