Hello! My name is Silvia, I am currently in Florida, USA but raised in Panama (Central America). I fall in love with fitness & healthy eating almost 4 years ago. I used to be a lawyer for a while and then business manager & I was amazing but it was not my passion. I was overweight since I was 5 years old and through my transformation journey I discover that my true passion is sharing my knowledge of healthy eating with my friends and family. Matter of fact, I even began another nutrition program but it just didn’t sparked anything in me, it didn’t felt natural or right for me. When I discover this program I immediately felt in love. I am very excited to learn more about Ayurveda & TCM and be part of a community with people that has my same passion for nutrition.
