Krista Dawn Poulton is a Medical Herbalist in Victoria, BC. She balances her private practice as a faculty member at Pacific Rim College, teaching courses in herbal medicine and medicine making, along with supervising clinical training. Her mission with her practice is to teach women to love and adore their bodies, address societal norms of body awareness, and educate ways to shift reproductive issues with the use of herbs, diet and supplements. Krista’s clinical practice focuses primarily on reproductive health from post-birth control care, fertility planning to infertility, endometriosis, fibroids and PCOS.
This course is designed as the first in a possible series of three, depending on your desired level of study. Following this course, we suggest taking: Menstrual Cycle-Tracking and Herbal Medicine (designed for general enthusiasts) or if you’re a clinical practitioner, Menstrual Cycle-Tracking and Herbal Medicine for Practitioners.

Or perhaps you already feel that connection and would like to have a better knowledge of the reproductive hormonal system of the anatomical female body. Either way, Women’s Health Part I: Anatomy, Hormones, and Cycle-Tracking, will enlighten and empower you in understanding hormonal health and fertility. In this course you will learn methods for charting menstrual and ovulation cycles. Your instructor, Krista Dawn Poulton is an experienced herbalist who focuses her practice primarily on reproductive health.
